Our engineering teams operate in a fully automated environment, utilizing state-of-the-art software and tools, including 3D design platforms such as PDMS, ETAP, CAESAR, STAAD, TANK, MS Project, and Primavera. The use of these 3D tools accelerates project timelines, ensures fault-free designs, and enhances overall working efficiency.

Conceptual Design

BGM conducts comprehensive studies on plant capacity, heat rate, and fuel consumption, alongside equipment and technology assessments and scenario analyses. We carry out preliminary plant performance evaluations, including heat and mass balances, and assess effluents, emissions, auxiliary power, and cooling requirements. Our services also include the development of preliminary electrical single-line diagrams, site arrangement plans, and the preparation of detailed reports and documentation for license applications. 

Basic Engineering

BGM’s basic engineering services include system descriptions, design criteria, and thermal and hydraulic performance requirements, along with the consolidation of standards, codes, regulatory requirements, and site data. We provide a comprehensive component list, develop process flow diagrams, and create piping and instrumentation diagrams. Our work includes pipe sizing, material selection, interface identification, and defining operating conditions. Additionally, we deliver electrical single-line diagrams and establish the plant control philosophy.

Detail Engineering for Construction

In the detailed engineering phase, BGM delivers comprehensive expertise across multiple disciplines, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and controls. Our team ensures every aspect of the project is meticulously planned, from detailed design specifications to ready-for-construction documentation. We focus on precise component sizing, material selection, equipment layouts, and integration of advanced control systems. This holistic approach ensures the project’s seamless and flawless progression from design to construction, avoiding foreseeable risks, minimizing rework, optimizing performance, ensuring timely execution, and staying within budget.
