In the partial EPC approach, customers have the option to directly procure specific equipment packages and/or construction services if they are prepared to assume certain controlled risks. This risk-sharing model can result in significant cost savings for the customer. In this scenario, BGM will still retain overall management responsibility and provide engineering, documentation, and advisory services for all customer-led activities.
